I work where the drawing leaves the page and starts getting built.

I’m a RIBA Part 2 architectural assistant who lives between the design team and the building site, taking high-end London refurbishments through RIBA Stages 3–6 while running my own small practice, Meter Design Studio, on the side. I draw the 1:10 details with buildability in mind, coordinate ten-plus subcontractor packages, and stay calm when a live site shifts. Now I’m looking for a Part 2 role in an architect-led or design-and-build studio.
